About Scholarships:

Leadership Academy Scholarship: The M. A. and Lila Self Leadership Academy scholarship is available to international and domestic students who demonstrate exceptional leadership potential by giving them the tools they need to better impact the world around them.
Duchossois Scholarship: This prestigious scholarship is aimed at top students from across the U.S.A. who have demonstrated exceptional leadership potential and academic success in their projected field.
Crown Scholarship: This scholarship is aimed at architecture students showcasing exceptional potential who will be challenged by the College of Architecture curriculum to pursue a professional commitment to excellence in architecture.

Leadership Academy Scholarship Application

What leadership positions have you held in high school, work, or organizations? Give titles, length of position and briefly describe your role.
